Review Sponsor Letter and Form

Sponsorships help support: 

  • Ambassador Scholarships: At the end of their reign, scholarships are awarded specifically toward secondary education tuition and expenses. 
  • Program Expenses: Includes parade & coronation fees at other cities, Coronation Banquet, Minneapolis Aquatennial Entry fee, and expenses for DASP events.  
  • Ambassador Apparel & Accessories: Ambassadors are provided a small wardrobe, including crowns, gowns,  and professional apparel.
  • Advertising: We use funds to advertise sponsors and our program. 
  • New float: A new float is being commissioned this Spring thanks to Sponsors like you! 
  • Candidate Season: April 1st-July 3rd, the candidate will advertise your organization/business in event programs, the candidate t-shirts, and social media. 

Sponsorship Levels 

Royal Sponsor – $1000 and above – This level sponsors a 2025 Candidate

  • Advertising & Social Media-Candidate season, Delano 4th of July, & Community Events our Ambassadors participate in. 
  • Float Signage – Your organization/business will be represented individually on our float. 
    • If the candidate you sponsor is crowned, the organization/business will be listed under their name on the float throughout their reign. 
  • Meet the Candidates Event – Recognition in the program, the Candidate Commercial, and social media leading up to the event. Receive 2 tickets to attend (see last page for details). 
  • Coronation on July 3rd – Recognition in the Program and special seating during coronation. 
  • 4th of July Buttons – You will receive 2 Royalty 4th of July buttons.
  • Ambassador Appearances! Contact us if you have a business event and would like the Ambassadors to attend or volunteer. 

Sparkle Sponsor – $500 – This level sponsors a 2025 Candidate

  • Advertising & Social Media-Candidate season, Delano 4th of July, & any Community Events that our Ambassadors participate in. 
  • Float Signage – If the candidate you sponsor is crowned, the organization/business will be listed under their name on the float throughout their reign. 
  • Meet the Candidates Event – Recognition in the program, the Candidate Commercial, and social media leading up to the event. Receive 2 tickets to attend (see next page for details). 
  • Coronation on July 3rd – Recognition in the Program and special seating during coronation.
